All entries, whether submitted by using an Ashley Stewart Credit Card or online Entry Form or 3”x 5” mail-in entry, have an equal chance of winning.

Eligibility: The Ashley Stewart Free Ride Sweepstakes(“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 8/14/09, except employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders of Ashley Stewart (“Sponsor”), Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/14/09 and ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 10/12/09 (“Promotion Period”). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01AM ET and ending at 11:59:59PM ET.  Sweepstakes consists of a random draw Grand Prize Sweepstakes and Daily Prize Sweepstakes. The Daily Prize Sweepstakes will be divided into sixty (60) daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”).

To Participate in the Grand Prize Drawing: Eligible individuals can enter the Sweepstakes as follows: 1) Denim Purchase: Automatically receive (1) Sweepstakes entry when you make a denim purchase at participating Ashley Stewart store locations or online at AshleyStewart.com during the Promotion Period; 2) Non-Denim Purchase: Automatically receive (1) Sweepstakes entry when you make any non-denim eligible purchase at participating Ashley Stewart store locations or online at AshleyStewart.com during the Promotion Period; 3.) Credit Card: To automatically receive one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry in addition to the entry received when making a purchase using method 1 or 2, use your Ashley Stewart Credit Card (“Card”) to make an eligible purchase at a participating Ashley Stewart store locations or online at AshleyStewart.com. All automatic entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 10/12/09 to be eligible. For the Ashley Stewart store location nearest you, visit www.ashleystewart.com during the Promotion Period. Account adjustment transactions/returns, international transactions are not considered eligible transactions for entry. Entries from unauthorized Pins (defined below), credit card or card number use or made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent Pins, credit cards or card numbers are void. Only purchases made with an Ashley Stewart credit card that is in good standing (both at time of entry and winner selection) are eligible for automatic entry; or 4) To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase and receive three (3) entries, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (area code included), and date of birth on a plain 3”x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, properly stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to: Ashley Stewart Free Ride Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 17091, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7091. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry must be mailed separately and received by 10/19/09. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries are permitted and all such entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 

Promotion Pin: Eligible individuals who make a denim purchase at participating Ashley Stewart store locations or online at AshleyStewart.com during the Promotion Period will receive a promotional card with a Promotion Pin (“Pin”). To obtain a Pin without purchase visit www.ashleystewartfreeride.com/asfrfc.php and follow the instructions provided. To register and participate in the Daily Prize drawing, each participant must have his/her Pin. Pin is required for participation and must be obtained through legitimate channels.

To Participate in the Daily Prize Drawing: During the Promotion Period, visit www.ashleystewartfreeride.com, enter your Pin and fully complete/submit registration per the directions provided during the Promotion Period to receive (1) Daily Prize entry. All Daily Prize entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on the applicable day of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Limit (1) Daily Prize entry per person, per email address, and per Pin per day during the Promotion Period. Additional Daily Prize entries from any person, email address, or Pin in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void. Pin may only be used once. Your use of your Ashley Stewart Credit Card to make a purchase or transaction and/or submission of a registration and/or entry (collectively “Sweepstakes Data”) constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other details solely for the purposes and as required to administer this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, delayed, damaged, postage-due, or mutilated Pins, Sweepstakes Data, transactions, entries, or mail; any error, omission, interruption in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, defects/delays in transmission or communication, 3rd party transaction classification, transaction processing, or communication; telephonic, human, network, mechanical, computer, electronic or other problems or errors; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Sweepstakes Data; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications or technical failures, programming, human error or otherwise, relating to/in connection with Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with Sweepstakes administration, Sweepstakes Data processing, the processing of entries or Pins or prize announcements; Internet traffic congestion or any technical problem, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to/resulting from Sweepstakes participation; errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related ads or other Sweepstakes-related materials; human-processing error; electronic equipment, computer hardware or software failures; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, Sweepstakes programming, human error, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to void Sweepstakes Data and entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with/impair Sweepstakes administration, security, fairness, or proper play.

Winner Selection: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on/about 10/26/09 from among all eligible entries received as described above during entire Promotion Period. Potential Daily Prize winners will be selected in a total of sixty (60) individual random Daily Prize drawings (one (1) drawing for each day of Promotion Period) on/about 10/26/09 from among all eligible entries received during each applicable Daily Entry Period as outlined above. Drawings conducted by P/S/T, an independent sweepstakes management company whose decisions are final/binding in all Sweepstakes matters. Potential winners will be notified by P/S/T by telephone and/or mail. In the event that a potential winner is selected via a credit card transaction, prize will be awarded to the primary account holder (as determined by the credit card’s member financial institution’s account records and subject to said financial institution’s timely identification of the primary account holder) named on the account accessed by the credit card used to make the entry. Odds of winning any prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.  Non-winning entries from one Daily Entry Period drawing will not carry over into any other Daily Entry Period drawing. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person, per email address, per immediate family member, and per household.

Prize: (1) Grand Prize: 2009 Harley-Davidson Dyna® Low Rider® (“motorcycle”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)=$8,500.  Grand Prize winner must have proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license (and motorcycle permit, if applicable) to take delivery of the motorcycle. Subject to Sponsor’s discretion, motorcycle will be delivered to the dealership as near as practical to Grand Prize winners’ home (as determined by Sponsor). Designated dealership subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees, destination charges, and any options not included with the motorcycle as designated by Sponsor, and all other expenses not specified and related to the acceptance and use of the motorcycle are winner ‘s sole responsibility. Motorcycle color and specifications are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  The specific motorcycle provided to the Grand Prize winner is at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  Motorcycle pictured in any advertising surrounding this Promotion may not be the actual motorcycle awarded. The motorcycle will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than warranties that may be provided by the manufacturer or dealer at their sole discretion. All prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. (60) Daily Prizes (one (1) per day): $100 Ashley Stewart Gift Card (ARV=$100 each). Gift Card restrictions may apply, as specified by issuer. Daily Prizes to be fulfilled via U.S. mail within approximately (10) weeks following end of the Promotion Period. Total ARV of all Prizes=$14,500. Gift Cards are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Ashley Stewart. Federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are winners’ sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Miscellaneous: All entrants understand that use of the motorcycle involves certain risks and that motorcycle should not be used without proper training and licensing and, if winner, entrant assumes all such risks. Notransfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor at its sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or the inability to contact the potential Grand Prize winner within a reasonable time period may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if any potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected for the drawing at issue, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding, and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their respective designees and assigns shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their names, voices, cities/states of residence, photographs, and/or likenesses for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission, or notification; and 2.) Released Parties and their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any claim, liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any harm or injury resulting from the use of the motorcycle) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) is terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, to select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from those eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to event requiring such termination.
